Job Description:

Job Summary*

CROWN Beverage Cans Heshan Limited is seeking a dedicated Canline Operator to maintain efficient and safe operation of our can manufacturing lines, ensuring high-quality product output

Job Responsibilities**

* Operate and monitor automated can production machinery, including presses, decorators, and internal/external coating equipment.
* Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Monitor can quality against specifications, identifying and reporting defects to supervisors.
* Load and unload materials and components, ensuring proper feeding into the production line.
* Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality checks.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE and following lockout/tagout procedures when necessary.
* Keep the work area clean and organized, practicing good housekeeping standards.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve operational issues.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with automated machinery.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals and production instructions.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
