We are looking for a Campaign Management Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Growth department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What Makes You Special?

• You are a recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, E-commerce, or related fields
• You pay attention to detail and enjoy working in an organized, structured way
• You enjoy following operational processes and coordinating tasks end-to-end
• You trust your analytical thinking skills and are eager to quickly identify problems and generate solutions
• You can communicate effectively across different teams and thrive in a collaborative environment
• You can prioritize under a fast-paced workload and manage multiple processes simultaneously
• You are comfortable using Excel and/or Google Sheets
• You have a genuine interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or campaign management

What Will You Do?

• Manage the operational processes of campaigns for flight tickets, hotels, car rentals, and other travel products
• Set up and launch campaign mechanics such as discounts, coupon codes, and cashback offers within the system
• Execute campaigns like 50% off car rentals, coupons above a certain purchase amount, and destination-specific discounts in coordination with relevant teams
• Verify the accurate implementation of campaign terms, dates, discount rates, usage limits, and target audience criteria
• Run pre-launch testing processes and perform the necessary checks before campaigns go live
• Monitor active campaigns to identify operational issues and manage the resolution process with relevant teams
• Track the campaign calendar regularly to ensure planned tasks are completed on time
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Commercial, and other teams
• Support the tracking of campaign performance and usage results, and report on the data collected
