This luxurious escape, reached by a boat journey down the Ruak River, is enveloped in a thick bamboo forest, combining the thrill of a jungle adventure with the comfort of the Four Seasons brand. The camp boasts 15 uniquely decorated tents and an Explorer’s Lodge, all reminiscent of 19th-century expeditions with handcrafted furnishings and modern amenities. Dine in style at Nong Yao, offering diverse cuisines, or enjoy a drink while watching the sunset at Burma Bar. About the role:
The Camp Host welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the guest’s stay and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Front Office Department, reporting into the Front Desk Manager.
What you will do:
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guest will be in person and by phone;
Resolves guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service
experience for all guests
What you bring:
One + years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
