We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Call Quality Evaluator to join our Customer Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer calls, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and score customer calls based on quality standards

  • Analyze call recordings and identify areas for improvement

  • Prepare quality reports and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and listening skills

  • High attention to detail and objective judgment

Languages:

  • Arabic – native or near-native

  • English – Upper-Intermediate

  • French – a plus (not required)

Salary & Benefits:

πŸ’° Salary: 700–750$ + performance-based bonus
