We're growing our Cape Town sales floor and looking for driven, high-energy Call Centre Sales Agents to speak directly with US business owners, spot funding opportunities, and guide them through the process. It's fast-paced, competitive, target-driven work — the kind of floor where energy and consistency get rewarded fast.

You don't need years of experience. You need to be great on the phone, quick to build rapport, and motivated by real earning potential. We'll teach you the rest.

Requirements

• Make high-volume outbound calls (150–200+ dials daily) to connect with US business owners
• Handle objections with confidence and keep control of the conversation
• Quickly understand a business's needs and position the right funding solution
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through sharp qualification and follow-up
• Keep client records and CRM updated in real time
• Consistently hit and beat daily, weekly and monthly targets
  
• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident, neutral English accent
• High energy, resilience and a genuinely competitive, target-driven streak
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking to decision-makers
• Solid organisational habits and CRM discipline
• Eligible to work in South Africa
• Fully committed to on-site work in Cape Town CBD and US-aligned hours (14:00–23:00 or 15:00–00:00)
