Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed customer records in the database.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and requests as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
