1. 負責Data Center Switch產品開發
2. 帶領團隊執行RFQ, 訂定產品規格, 驗證計畫, 產測計畫等
3. 協調, 領導各單位資源(如軟體, 機構, 熱流, 製造等), 完成產品開發
4. 執行設計審查, 產品品質, 成本最佳化
5. 與PM偕同合作, 確保產品時程
6. 專案成員教育訓練
