Role Summary:

• Reporting directly to: Senior C&B Manager
• Working location: Offices in Ho Chi Minh City, with occasional work at the Binh Duong office  when required (on average approximately once every two weeks). Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Duong will be provided by the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payroll operations across all entities, including:
  • Coordinate with Payroll Coordinators and external Payroll Vendor to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
  • Oversee Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration and compliance.
  • Manage statutory insurance processes, including Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance.
• Review and continuously improve payroll-related policies, processes, and controls to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Support employee benefits administration and related programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, taxation, insurance, and benefits.

Minimum Background / Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and statutory insurance regulations.
• Experience working with payroll vendors and managing payroll operations for a large employee population is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
