Position Overview:  Blue Yonder's Demand Planning Technical Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the development and enhancement of Demand planning solutions. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to define product visions, creating detailed user stories, and prioritizing product backlogs to align with business objectives. A strong understanding of Blue Yonder's Demand Planning/ D360 and FNE solutions and experience in product ownership are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation and support of Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Configure, customize, and optimize the Blue Yonder platform to meet organizational needs.
• Lead integration efforts between Blue Yonder and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools).
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Blue Yonder modules.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and SOPs
• Maintain the Forecast Netting Engine (FNE).

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as technical lead or Developer, with specific experience in Blue Yonder Demand, D360 and FNE or any other Planning systems.
• Knowledge of SQL (Either MS or Oracle), Oracle PL SQL and Blue Yonder Data Models
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with other Blue Yonder modules (e.g.SCP,  ESP, Supply Planning).
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
