Job Description:
Ensure accurate registration of guests, room assignment, reservations and details; prepare keys, collect payments and provide appropriate hotel orientation when necessary.
Maintain a cash float, accept and process payment for guest accounts at registration and checkout; maintain a daily report of all deposits and receipts and ensure all transactions, posting and cash are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift.
Maintain operation of Lounge and serve guests as necessary.
Be knowledgeable of Hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries.
Handle In-room F&B service when necessary.
Job Requirements:
1 year’s experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office and HotSOS.
