THE JOB:

As a Busperson at Noodle Shop in Mandalay Bay, you’ll play an important role in supporting the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere and diverse menu of Asian-inspired favorites. By maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment—including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage stations—you’ll help ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Your attention to detail and teamwork behind the scenes help create a welcoming dining experience that allows guests to relax and enjoy every meal at Noodle Shop.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.6197 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas

• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
