THE JOB:
As a Busperson for In Room Dining at Aria, you will play a vital role in preserving the ultra-luxury, high-end private dining experience for guests relaxing in our technologically advanced, AAA Five Diamond rooms and suites. You will be the silent engine behind our flawless, in-room service delivery by keeping our food pickup areas, beverage stations, and storerooms meticulously organized and maintained to the highest luxury cleanliness standards. Working in close collaboration with our in-room delivery team to ensure all service equipment is perfectly prepped and stocked, your sharp attention to detail will ensure our guests experience the pinnacle of refined, seamless, and private MGM hospitality in the comfort of their personal sanctuary.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.6755 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas

• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
