THE JOB:

As a Busperson & Runner for Pool Café at Bellagio, you will help create a seamless and enjoyable poolside dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary section in a fast‑paced outdoor environment. You will clear tables efficiently, remove dishes and debris, and restock side stations with clean dishware, glassware, silverware, and condiments to support smooth service flow. Working closely with Food Servers, you will also assist with the prompt and accurate delivery of food orders, ensuring guests receive attentive, timely service. Through teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency, you will contribute to consistently outstanding guest experiences in Bellagio’s vibrant pool setting.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.8702 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

• Clean and sanitize all equipment

• Keep floors free of debris and spills

• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue

• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom

• Assist with proper stock rotation

• Run food as required by the Department

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred

• Previous experience in fast paced, high volume restaurant operations preferred
