Business Transformation Consultant

Toppazzini and Lee Consulting (T&L) is a botique consulting firm located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. T&L specializes in process transformation and optimization in the public sector, health care, manufacturing and financial services. Although our focus is on the utilization of Lean Six Sigma techniques our firm assists clients in all aspects of their transformation from business concept to implementation.

We are establishing a pool of qualified candidates to fill level 1,2 and 3 Business Transformation Consultants to be filled on as needed basis.

The candidate must have 5 plus years experience in the following areas:

• Analysis and development of business success “critical success factors”;
• Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development,

process mapping and training;

• Leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in

support of transformation and change management activities;

• Participating in change impact analysis and change management activities.
• Participating in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring);
• Coordinating the development of training and coordination with other stakeholders; and
• Creating presentations and presenting to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and

discussions.

The candidate should have a valid clearance of enhanced or greater issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada.
