Business Training Specialist Why Join Imagine being part of a team that empowers OCBC employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. As a Business Training Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about learning and development. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to understand the business needs of OCBC and design training programs that address those needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop solutions that drive business outcomes. Your ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective training solutions will be critical to your success.
