Business Teacher (IB Diploma)

Purpose of Role
Platon Private School, a proud member of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), is seeking an experienced IB Diploma Business Management teacher to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach IB DP Business Management (SL/HL) in line with IB curriculum standards.
  • Foster critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and international-mindedness.
  • Prepare engaging lessons that support student success in internal assessments and final examinations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall growth of the IB Diploma Programme.
  • Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Teaching qualification/certification.
  • Teaching experience (IB DP experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IB philosophy and assessment criteria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student-centered learning and professional growth.
