We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner to help customers solve complex business challenges through custom software solutions. You'll partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and software engineers to uncover business needs, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

As an SDG consultant, you'll work across a variety of customers, industries, and technologies—no two projects are the same. You'll be part of an established technical community that values collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for learning. You enjoy asking thoughtful questions, building trusted relationships, and embracing new technologies to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

  • Deliver enterprise software solutions
  • Lead requirements discovery
  • Define business and technical requirements
  • Write user stories
  • Prioritize product backlogs
  • Analyze data using SQL and BA tools
  • Partner with developers and stakeholders
  • Build trusted customer relationships
  • Challenge assumptions and uncover needs
  • Collaborate across distributed teams
  • Leverage AI to improve delivery and productivity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Owner experience
  • 3+ years of Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery experience
  • Experience as a Scrum Master preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and data mapping
  • Experience delivering enterprise software solutions
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent professional experience

Fair and equitable compensation is important to us. The salary range for this opportunity is $95,000 - $115,000. The offer may fall outside this range given factors such as skills and experience. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
