Job Summary:

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

  • Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency

  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation

  • Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables

  • Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status

  • Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption

  • Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables.

  • Provide solution to incidents of second and third functional and technical level.

  • Record the occurrence and resolution of support incidents.

  • Implementation and registration of permanent solutions to failures in IT services

  • To diagnose quality problems of application data.

  • Define, plan and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents of known problems by the same source.

  • Prioritize and resolve support incidents generated in IT services.

  • Ensuring the availability of floor control systems.

  • Scale and ensure solving problems that cannot be resolved to the service provider.

  • Install and update applications on servers that provide services to manufacturing.

  • Install in production environments software packages stuck to the rules.

  • Design, develop and implement tools that make efficient manufacturing processes of the business.

  • Documenting troubleshooting on a knowledge base.

  • Execute proactive tasks to prevent impact on IT systems.

  • Ensure proper registration of incidents of systems and their solution

  • Ensure stock levels needed for day to day

  • Ensure staff attendance needed on site to support day to day.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Intermediate English

  • Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design, IT, or related field)

  • Experience with computerized databases, supply chain management, and process guidelines

  • Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UX/UI prototyping

  • SharePoint content design and management

  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skills

  • Office skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systems

  • Communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindset

  • Visual storytelling and infographic design for diverse stakeholder
