Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business, media, and e-commerce performance data to extract insights across all products, providing support for strategic decision-making reviews & reporting.
- Utilize fundamental tools such as Excel, as well as business intelligence platforms like Looker Studio, and Power BI, to create and maintain data dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media and e-commerce departments, to identify data requirements and regularly deliver performance analysis results.
- Identify repetitive and manual data tasks, drive process automation, and optimize data processing workflows.
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly data tools and templates (such as reports, trackers, evaluation benchmarks, etc.) to empower the team to respond efficiently to client needs.
- Co-drive strategic project(s) that lead to business impact.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business, data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Eager to learn and comfortable working with large data sets and multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Interest in media, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a bonus.
- 6 month commitment.
