Location

  • Hybrid: Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.

Summary/Objective

The Business Service Partner is responsible for servicing business member account products, managing existing products, as well as supporting the development of future products and services. The Business Services Partner will regularly assist Business Qualified Financial Services Guides with their questions on business structure and can assist in opening new accounts. The Business Services Partner takes the initiative to identify and recommend improvements to all facets of our business member experience. They routinely collaborate with internal and external credit union stakeholders to train, deliver, enhance, and fulfill business member needs and resolves complex matters creatively and swiftly, protecting the credit union and its membership from all forms of risk and loss by exercising prudent decision-making skills.

Essential Functions

  •  Acts as the escalation point for complex transactions and member issues.
  • Completes and finalizes service requests related to business member services across multiple channels.
  • Guides members on required documentation for opening and maintaining accounts; supports branch staff with complex ownership scenarios.
  • Keeps up to date with internal training to ensure compliance in member interactions.
  • Assists internal and external stakeholders with digital banking inquiries and troubleshooting solutions when necessary.
  • Partners with departments such as Internal Audit, Fraud Management, Legal, Risk, Payments, Digital, and Mortgage to address member needs.
  • Supports staff understanding of ECU policies on new memberships, Treasury Management products, and account changes.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements to processes affecting business members.
  • Provides account maintenance support by identifying changes and required documentation.

This role does not have supervisory responsibility.

Required Skills, Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience with business banking products and services or related experience.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft outlook.   
  • Comfortable functioning in a position that requires a high degree of detail orientation, follow through, and organization.
  • Able to function in a highly visible role and maintain exemplary customer service while interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in written and verbal forms.
  • Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Work Environment

Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full time / 40 hours per week

Compensation:

The person hired into this position will likely earn between  $26.00 and $32.52 per hour, plus annual bonus.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
