Business Protection and Continuity Management Operations Lead

We are looking for a Business Protection and Continuity Management Operations Lead who will help strengthen the organization’s business continuity and contingency planning programs. The role will work closely with different business units to ensure critical processes, resources, and recovery plans are in place to minimize operational and financial impact during disruptions.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with business, enabling, and governance groups throughout the Business Continuity Management (BCM) process

• Facilitate and support Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and testing activities

• Review, validate, and consolidate BIA results, contingency plans, and critical resource requirements

• Provide recommendations and guidance on business continuity and contingency planning strategies

• Support the execution of BCP testing exercises, post-mortem reviews, and after-action reporting

• Escalate risks, issues, and action items to management and relevant stakeholders

• Consolidate unit-level continuity plans into an organization-wide Business Continuity Plan

• Conduct and support 3rd party Business Continuity Plan assessments

• Review business continuity provisions and service level agreements with vendors and external partners

• Assist in organizing awareness programs, trainings, and business continuity initiatives across the organization

• Ensure compliance with ISO 22301, BSP Circular 951, BSP Circular 1203, and related regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with different teams to improve business continuity processes and emergency preparedness programs.
   

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, or related areas

• Strong knowledge of ISO 22301, BSP Circular 951, BSP Circular 1203, MORNBFI, and BSP Circular 808

• Experience in conducting Business Impact Analysis and continuity strategy planning

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• Project management experience is an advantage

• Business Continuity certification is a plus

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
