研華歡迎對BPM具備高度熱誠與能力的夥伴加入組織。您將在總部，以品牌立場，對Advantech RISC架構產品在全球銷售站點扮演運籌帷幄的重要角色，包含對全球Intelligent Edge Computers事業的業務支援&生意協調、銷售戰略制定、重點協助PDM們的業務拓展、強化合作夥伴關係、反饋市場趨勢&監測、精準業績評估和報告、生意的風險管理和問題解決、跨部門合作、提高客戶服務的滿意度，贏得並擴大未來生意。

主要工作內容

• Connect Worldwide Sales Sites to analyze the business
• Work out 4P1S sales strategy with Worldwide Sales Sites to execute
• Support Worldwide Sales Sites to get more leads
• Manage pricing, in charge of P/L
• Co-marketing & Co-Sell w/partners
• Collect VOC to Product Development Devision

人才需具備

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in 4P1S sales strategy , preferably in embedded computing or related industries.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
