Business Planning & Performance Management( Mid-Senior Level)

Summary

Advantech is currently looking for an experienced BPM (business planning & performance management) talent to assist management to define a strategic direction for the company, help set strategic objectives and facilitate its implementation in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities of the role:
Business Planning

• Assist management to define corporate goals and objectives

• Define rolling corporate plan, set the paths to corporate growth and profitability

• Collect and evaluate internal and external information that may affect the organization’s present and future state

• Identify and gather information on market, economic, and competitors, to provide insight and recommendations to support decision-making

Performance Management

• Develop and facilitate the implementation of the performance management system, and develop a suitable reward system in conjunction with HR team

• Identify yearly operating targets & monitor performance of all departments

• Conduct financial deep dive analysis and process re-engineering to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

What you will need:

• Master’s degree from top university, 5+ years of working experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
