Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science, statistics, Math, Engineering or related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Digital Transformation, supporting a Financial Operations function.
• Ability to communicate clearly with end users, development managers and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
• Proficient in Data Visualization with tools such as Tableau.
• Proficient in db query languages such as SQL.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements with full testing traceability.
• Experience using project tracking tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Experience in predictive analytics using tools such as Alteryx OR Python.
• Create and maintain ETL processes using a vast array of tools.
• Analytical, self-motivated, detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to work within a high-risk environment and meet challenging deadlines and targets.
