America Networks is a leading sensor and networking solutions partner for companies in any Industrial, Manufacturing, and Waste management space.
We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management.

Our founders are hardcore telecommunications engineers with combined 200 + years of experience in designing, optimizing and performance engineering; for several mid – large wireless carriers internationally - that saw a need to provide low power, cost efficient sensors to collect data, create alerts, and predict needed actions. We have combined these sensors with low power, wide area (LPWA) networking technologies to provide clients various options to decrease re-occurring costs associated with operating an IoT network of sensors and connected devices.

We specialize in design, deployment, optimization, and support of these Networks. Whether an off-the-shelf or custom solution is needed, we’ll create a solution and push the data on the best cloud platform to fit your needs, including your own.

Previous Real Estate experience preferred-minimum 2 to 3 years previous comparable work experience Basic Excel proficiency. Candidate must have excellent inter personal skill set. Candidate will interact with numerous departments.The department is subject to Sarbanes Oxley audit requirements and key performance indicators and the successful candidate must demonstrate a superior attention to detail and commitment to quality. Responsible for abstracting and administering lease agreements (i.e. Amendments, Supplements, Proforma Leases, Non-Standard Leases, and Acquisitions, etc), processing payment administration and ensuring the integrity of data, both financial and non-financial, that is stored within HQNRE corporate databases of record. 
Responsible for answering customer calls from landlords that have leases with Client. 
Proficiency in using PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word), spreadsheets; 5-10 years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Strong knowledge of various software applications, such as relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate data reports; Must be well organized, detailed and excellent problem solver; Ability to oversee multiple workstreams and meet deadlines. Willingness to work in a team environment, and in a proactive manner; Ability to reconcile and analyze accounts; Must have the ability to multi-task, document clearly and efficiently, and is comfortable working in a fast pace environment Previous Real Estate experience preferred Basic Excel proficiency. Education:Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
