Business Development - US Staffing

We are Staffing agency. Hiring for one of our Direct client. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Market research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Responsible for preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to company business outlook and guidelines
• Responsible for building long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Required Skills

• Should have a proven track record in the role of Business development Manager in IT staffing organization
• Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
• Should have experience in handling RFP’s, RFI’s and RFQ’s
