About the Role

We’re on a mission to make mental health and wellness accessible and impactful across our MHWB programs including Assure, Springday and Communicorp .As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a key role in connecting organisations and individuals with solutions that improve mental wellbeing. This role involves a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead engagement, and an individual sales target. It’s perfect for someone passionate about mental health and eager to build a career in sales.

We’re Looking for a BDR Who Can Do:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Reignite interest from dormant customers and drive re-engagement
  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them through the next steps.
  • Lead Qualification: Understand client needs and assess fit for our mental health and wellness programs.
  • Sales Contribution: Manage a portfolio of opportunities and close deals to meet a modest individual target.
  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings for Leaders and ensure smooth handover.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and account teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Communicate: Articulate our value clearly and consultatively
  • Upsell: Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand current accounts

You Will Have:

  • Passion for mental health and wellness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised
  • Previous sales experience - 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred)
