As the foundation of the sales/marketing team, you'll be responsible for managing all of STAND DESK’s inbound and outbound lead generation. This includes prospecting, nurturing, and most important of all — selling. You'll work closely with marketing to help manage lead lists, re-marketing campaigns, and more. • Smash quotas and continually raise the bar
  • Design, optimize, and evolve the STAND DESK sales processes
  • Come up with creative initiatives that will make a difference in your lead generation efforts, test them out, measure, scale or kill; then repeat
  • Deals, Deals, Deals – You have tons of experience negotiating ultra-fast sweetheart deals that manage long-term risk, while making it look easy
  • Own the pitch, objections and competitive intel for your teams as the marketplace changes
  • Understand changing business needs months ahead of the team and have the gravitas and skill to lead through this change with precision and confidence

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales/marketing and closing deals
  • Adept at MS office, Google Apps, and CRM tools like Infusionsoft
  • Eloquent and concise with words, and exceptional writing skills
  • Outgoing, engaging, egoless, and eternal optimist that brings enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to work each and every day
  • Ability to deliver on multiple projects with a high attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (preferred)
