Business Developer Asia - Video Game Localization

Altagram Group is a global video game localization and audio production agency based in Berlin, Germany, with offices in Seoul, South Korea and Montreal, Canada. We are a talented and passionate team of worldwide 60 in-house employees with years of experience in the video game and localization industry. With more than 4,000 game titles localized, we are a reliable partner to bring games to a worldwide audience.

Due to the expansion of our Seoul office, we are looking for an individual with experience and a strong interest in business development. The successful candidate should be interested in working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a great international team of game localization experts. The offered position is full-time and in-house at the Altagram office in Seoul, South Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Generating new business sales
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects
• Organizing and attending international games business events and traveling to potential new clients to present Altagram
• Identifying our prospects localization challenges and developing effective localization solutions
• Developing business terms with clients in close cooperation with international team
• Identifying potential new clients, competitor research, reporting on local market and industry trends
• Support our Business Development teams in Germany and Canada

• Localization sales experience
• Fluent in Korean
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Confident client relations and excellent communication skills
• Travelling to fairs, industry events and clients will be required
• A passion for video games and knowledge of the video game industry
