As a Business Booker Sales Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a small team of Business Booker Sales Executives while driving sales performance and delivering commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed. Alongside managing key customer relationships and business opportunities, you’ll take ownership of the team’s day-to-day performance, helping to grow revenue through the Business Booker platform.

• Be yourself!

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Booker Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.

• Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and identify development opportunities.

• Have excellent telephone and communication skills.

• Be driven, competitive, and passionate about achieving results.

• Proactively encourage customers to use the Business Booker platform to make reservations.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements.

• Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.

• Support specific hotel business needs as required.

• Produce accurate and timely reports.

• Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering first-class customer service.
