Job Summary:

The Business & Technical Consultant for Registry, based in Athens, will be responsible for contributing to the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of RegiStar for clients in Greece and international markets. You will work at the intersection of business analysis, software consulting, and technology, translating client and regulatory requirements into effective functional and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal Product, Development, Quality Assurance, and Customer-facing teams throughout the software implementation lifecycle.With our dedicated, ambitious, and tech-savvy team, we pioneer groundbreaking, agile, and award-winning solutions for the world's leading Financial Institutions. What Will You Need to Do:  

·       Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.

·       Participate in implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.

·       Configure, customize, and support RegiStar in line with client needs and applicable regulatory requirements.

·       Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, and Customer-facing teams to deliver robust solutions.

·       Investigate application issues and provide functional and technical support, escalating defects when appropriate.

·       Support integrations with third-party systems through APIs, web services, and data exchange processes.

·       Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions for prospective and existing clients.

·       Document business processes, system behavior, configurations, and technical requirements.

·       Identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and improve client processes and product usage.

·       Stay informed about developments in shareholder registry operations, capital markets, and relevant regulatory obligations.

Requirements

What Will You Bring:  

·       Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering,

·       At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Consulting, Application Support, Software Implementation, or a similar role.

·       Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, testing, and stakeholder communication.

·       Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise software implementations.

·       Advanced working knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems, with deep hands-on experience in SQL Server and Postgres.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

·       Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

·       Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams and manage multiple priorities.

·       Ability to understand application architecture, read technical specifications, and communicate effectively with software development teams.

·       Understanding of web-based, cloud, SaaS, and enterprise application environments.
