Required Skills:

• Significant, demonstrable expert experience performing and successful COBIT implementation projects in enterprise IT organizations similar to the size and structure of Amtrak.

• Availability and adequate engagement of an experienced team of up to 4 contractors.

• Strong experience and knowledge of the NIST security controls.

• Big Four IT auditing
