The Business Analyst is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for working with internal and external clients to determine requirements and to define solutions to address complex business, process and systems problems, and improvements in the organization.
This role acts as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which the rules, processes and polices are applied
- Own E-commerce Management content ensuring that all the processes and subprocesses are properly captured, maintained, and executed
- Provide input into and execute user documentation and training material
- Liaise with vendors and distributors with regards to new catalogue releases
- Support the Lead in process and the platform improvement
- Work with various internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements
- Improve e-commerce content management, online customer experience
- Run ongoing Feature/Requirement testing
- Guide team members to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate
- Run reports when required - high levels of data manipulation
- Drive appropriate data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals
- Work closely with all countries to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great customer experience
- Support onboarding new countries/clients on our E-commerce platform
- Provide full technical support for B2B integrations with client procurement tools
- US timezone
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology or a related field.
- Project management certification would be advantageous.
- Professional in Business Analysis certification is preferred.
- IIBA Membership required.
- Relevant technology certification(s) required, such as ITIL.
- Seasoned experience as a Business Analyst gained within a technology services environment.
- Seasoned experience as a system administrator or developer would be advantageous.
- Seasoned experience in and with all operational aspects of a Services business, preferably with a Systems Integrator.
- Seasoned experience in the business requirement gathering, use case definition, process mapping and implementing new services and systems.
