Business Analyst/SR (30099)

IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for Business Analyst/SR to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Kindly respond with your most up to date resume if you would like to pursue this opportunity.

Gather requirements through direct user interviews as well as formal and informal sessions.
- Analyze system & functional specifications, use cases, coding and testing phases.
- Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) Sessions with business users and development team to drive out detailed business requirements.
- Manage the integration of cross-functional processes.
- Provide reporting expertise, as necessary, across the project to the functional teams to help facilitate data gathering and presentation
- Support the development of functional and technical deliverables

5 plus years of non-academic experience and expertise in the software development life-cycle (SDLC), including collection of requirements, documentation of specifications, application design, implementation and support
- Demonstrated experience interacting with leadership on key initiatives and provide impact analysis on proposed system requirements
- General knowledge of policies, procedures, programs and business goals
- Experience in build and release activities
- Proficient analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements
- Strong customer service skills
