Job Description

· Looking for a data analyst to support our internal End User Experience organization.

· The goal of this organization is to improve technology experience for internal Client employees and ensure they have access to the right technology at the right time to accomplish their job responsibilities.

· This individual will specifically assist in Persona Development for internal users, metrics on the use of personas and campaign to promote utilization of the personas.

· Experience in persona development (internally for IT Support) preferred.

· Also will assist with Voice of Customer execution, data analysis, communication and follow up to bring open items submitted by internal users to closure.

· Assist with data collection and analysis, identify problem areas and recommend revising existing processes.

· Provide reporting, presentations, and assistance to supervisor.

· May include the analysis and clearing of exceptions including follow-up communications if necessary.
