Business Analyst Hyper Automation (Freelancer)

This temporary position runs until the end of 2026 and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of our key automation initiatives.

Your impact as Business Analyst Hyper Automation
As a Business Analyst within Hyper Automation, you will help ensure a smooth and reliable migration of ex-isting automations into NN's standard environment. Your focus will be on understanding current solutions, translating them into clear requirements and designs, and aligning stakeholders across multiple teams.
Your work helps accelerate delivery while safeguarding reliability, performance and business continuity for our business units.

What you are going to do

• Analyse existing automated processes and translate them into NN-compliant designs and require-ments
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholders
• Model and document processes, business rules and solution requirements
• Create development-ready documentation to support automation delivery teams
• Identify dependencies, risks and gaps that may impact migration timelines
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects and operational teams
• Support testing and implementation activities to ensure stable and reliable solutions
• Drive alignment between stakeholders with different priorities and interests

Who you are
You are a structured and pragmatic Business Analyst who enjoys turning complexity into clarity. You ask the right questions, quickly understand business processes and are able to bring people together towards a common objective.
You also bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Management, IT or a related field
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
• Affinity with process automation and digital transformation
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, BPMN/process modelling tools, UiPath or similar is a plus
• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English, as you will collaborate with Dutch-speaking busi-ness teams as well as international stakeholders
