Business Analyst (Contract)

Saasvaap has its core competencies in the fields of Software/Mobility Services, Traffic Solutions, Smart Road Solutions, Parking Solutions and HR Consulting Services. We have established our offices in India, Singapore, Dubai, UK, and the USA. We plan to set up offices in Australia and Cypress in 2017-18.

Saasvaap started operations in 2004 with a core focus on Web Application Development. Over time, we have extended our competencies to a variety of complementary fields such as Custom Applications, Mobility Services, Traffic Solutions, Smart Road Solutions, and Parking Solutions etc. Over the last decade, we have built an extensive set of applications for government organizations as well as private businesses.

Responsibilities

• Strategically evaluate value to the business for process improvements

• Research and document comprehensive understanding of various workflows

• Identify and measure baseline metrics that will be used to inform prioritization decisions

• Articulate the impact of process inefficiencies in order to design end-to-end solutions leveraging technology and roles

• Drive large scale discovery projects to explore new markets, new products, and operational impact of transacting therein

• Document and promote Business Process Management successes

• Organize data and connect information from a variety of sources for analysis

• Lead meetings with senior cross-functional stakeholders, communicate and provide visibility into project priorities, and solution options that drive stakeholder alignment

• Effectively present business cases for initiatives to senior leadership

• Collaborate with Training and Enablement organizations to plan and deploy effective end-user training and ensure successful change management

Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree from a top tier college or university a plus
• Minimum of 3+ years in an analytical role (e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, Consultant)
• Demonstrated practical experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies required
• Experience working with digital and/or broadcast ad technologies highly preferred
• Strong communication skills a must
• Collaboration and facilitation skills to drive alignment
