You will be responsible for:

 

  • Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Support the design and optimization of card payment products, processes, and customer journeys.
  • Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.

 

SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or a similar role.
  • Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of card payment products and/or payment processes.
  • Good understanding of the Belgian card payments market, digital wallets, and related products (e.g. Edenred and similar solutions).
  • Experience with digitalization and transformation projects.
  • Experience in process modelling and business process analysis.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

Languages

  • English is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
