Business Analyst

Experience: 7+ years

Skills: ERP Implementation, D365 Finance, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Documentation, UAT Support, Stakeholder Management, Prior ERP (D365, Netsuite, SAP) implementation experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with end users and stakeholders to identify, quantify and document business requirements

Organise the review and sign-off of business requirements from end user representatives

Review solutions proposed by the development team (either in house or third party) and ensure that they meet the business needs

Liaise with the product team and end users to ensure that all parties fully understand the business needs and the proposed solution to these needs

Participate in the assessment and prioritisation of development requests for software applications (both in house and third party)

Assist in the identification of changes that will increase the quality and effectiveness of applications

Assist with data mapping for data migration

Prepare high level test plans

Perform high level testing

Support end users in performing detailed UAT testing

Liaise with the development team to ensure resolution to bugs and other issues arising from testing
