Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our growing team and support project delivery. In this role, you will work closely with clients, developers, and project managers to understand business needs, define solutions, and ensure requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with project goals.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping digital solutions for our clients, bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews

• Translate business needs into clear, structured solution specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Work closely with design and development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives

• Support solution architecture discussions and contribute to documentation such as process flows, data models, and system diagrams

• Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of work items

• Participate in UAT planning, test case definition, and validation of delivered functionality

• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve business processes and solutions

• Help foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or a similar role in a technology-focused environment

• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and solution documentation

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with common software development concepts and practices

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on clarity and quality

• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to solution design for web, cloud, or mobile platforms

• Knowledge of SaaS, CRM, ERP, or other business systems

• Technical background or education (e.g., basic understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture)
