Job Title: Business Analyst III

Duration: 2 Years

Location: Spring Gardens, MD

Job Description:

• Manager is in charge of project construction (Overhead, underground, transmission/substation)
• Currently, there is no complete snapshot of all work currently being performed. Some projects require all 3 specialties to be involved, others just 1.
• Manager is looking for a candidate to come in and create a snapshot of the work that is coming down the pipeline, and looking at the workload today and putting it all together into one spot so the manager has a complete overview.
• The selected contractor will participate in bi weekly team update meetings to update the snapshot
• There will be periodic travel to the Lord Baltimore building roughly once a week. Mileage is reimbursed
• Candidates should have past experience with Microsoft Project, P6 and MS Office suite. Plus if candidates have experience with Asset Suite 8
• Utility/Constructions background helpful but not required
• Degree a plus not required
• A combination of a project coordinator/scheduler would work provided they have experience with P6 and MS Project
