You will focus on the below to develop and improve the Partner Operations process. 

Pricing: develop automation of process to give us flexibility in transaction pricing for merchants. In the absence of automation you will work with cross-functional teams to manually fulfill off-rate card pricing and other promotions. 

Revenue share payments: develop setup process for automated payments, coordinate partner invoicing, determine payouts happen according to partner contract, and ensure proper reporting of payouts 

PPH Device forecasting: Develop process to monitor distribution and performance of credit card readers with our partners, and help forecast device needs for the supply chain team 

Partner portal: manage/support partner portal for our retail partners. 

Onboarding/merchant support: Develop process to improve onboarding and customer support for Point of Sale Partner merchants; Create attribution codes for proper partner/merchant tracking and reporting. 

Go-To-Market: Checklist and timeline management for new partner setup and launch activities. 

Legal Contracts: Work with legal team to obtain new partner contracts and drive towards global contract development. 

Global coordination: Work with US and regional team leads to coordinate regular meetings to agree on prospect prioritization, progress and plans.
