The PACE Intelligence team is the global business intelligence foundation of Google Cloud, designed to accelerate sales growth through AI agents, advanced reporting, and streamlined performance management. We are responsible for building the semantic source of truth for the business, delivering robust reporting capabilities that serve over 10,000 sellers across the Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into robust KPI frameworks that accurately track revenue, consumption, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution.
• Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring data solutions deliver high-quality, relevant insights that accelerate Cloud consumption and revenue growth.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting that provide both leadership and field teams with a clear, accurate picture of business performance.
• Design and build robust data infrastructure—including data pipelines, warehouses, and advanced SQL scripts—to power scalable analytical models and intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines to scale the generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience with data analysis and structured query language (SQL).
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews including version control.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, or Go for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with generative AI to scale data-driven and insights-led business processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
