Business Analyst

Client of FiniteHR, IT Product Development Company

Collaborate with all departments (Technology, Operations, Food etc) for gathering and

organizing data into meaningful databases.  Analyze data to gather customer behavior insights, understand market, and analyze product

performance.  Execute quantitative analyses and translate data into actionable insights.  Take ownership for modelling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools.  Prepare informative dashboards, reports & metrics for different teams by collecting, analyzing,

and summarizing insightful information.  Design and develop scalable and automated reporting solutions to enable Holachef manage the

business and make effective decisions.  Be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports,

analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.  Monitor existing metrics, analyse data and partner with internal teams to identify gaps & work on

improving those gaps by creating processes & systems.  Analyse costs, profitability, quality & performance of different departments & optimize

Holachef’s operations.

Desired Skills and Experience

 Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or any

other quantitative discipline.  Understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and

finance/Accounting (Balance Sheet, P&L statement etc).  Prior experience (1-3 years) of working on Dashboards and generating reports.  Strong knowledge and Prior experience (1-3 years) in data analytics and statistical programming

with proficiency in Advanced Excel.  Good knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Micro Strategy etc.  Good working knowledge of SQL and atleast one statistical tool such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS

etc.  An inclination for numbers and a keen eye for business metrics.  Ability to drive the work independently and also work
