Job Title: Business Analyst

Strong excel skills a requirement. Project end date may differ based on the how the project progresses and the needs of the final key deliverable

Collaborate with HR business partners to identify business requirements

•Document, confirm and communicate requirements with business owners, IT and other supporting organizations

Act as a liaison to the systems development team

Assist in the deployment of new/enhanced HR technology solutions

Provide tactical direction on Human Capital Management (Oracle R12) product functionality as well as support ancillary HR technologies.

Coordinate development of project plans with Project Manager and report out on assigned tasks in a clear and timely manner

Prepare program test plans and conduct acceptance testing

Participate in special projects, as requested

Act as point of contact for various HR vendors relative to systems and process issues and enhancements
