Business Analyst (31625)

IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for Business Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Only LOCAL CANDIDATES are considered for this role. Facilitate requirements discovery process through meetings, discussions, research, interviews to understand the current system and the needs of a new system (60%)
-Deliver complete requirements in a Business Requirements Statement document (40%)

 Minimum 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both oral and written.
- Advanced experience with requirements elicitation (5-7 years)
- Intermediate experience with BABOK (3-5 years)
- Advanced experience User Acceptance Testing (5-7 years)
- Expert experience with Microsoft Office (7-10 years)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Visio (5-7 years)
