Business Analyst (30359)

IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Business Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Capture requirements from business users
- Participate and manage JAD sessions / Discussions with business users
- Document business requirements, Functional specifications
- Analyze various system implementations and optimize the business requirements / document business processes
- Works closely with the Development team to insure the effectiveness and quality of the components and systems developed
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship management

8+ years in a Business Analyst role
- Educational Domain K-12 is mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience is also acceptable
- 3+ years experience in requirements analysis
- Application of software development life cycle concepts
