Business Analyst (29337)

IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Business Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix, AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job.  Understand what the business does and how it does it 
• Identify scope and get the requirements; Analyze business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows; Preparing business process maps and high-level work flows, methodology and business, workflow 
• Meeting with clients individually and in JAD sessions to define detailed business requirements; Developing / documenting requirements in a Use Case, Functional Specification, Wireframes
• Identifying candidate business processes for redesign; Determine how to improve existing business process; Identifying modifications to automated processes
• Drives and uncovers large and complex requirements across systems and business domains. Understands the integration of processes across domains scope, charter, plans
• Ability to formulate concepts 
• Communication of technical information to a non-technical audience; communication of business information to a technical audience 
• Co-ordinate testing efforts with QA 
•      Performs other duties as assigned or apparent. 

-ETL - Intermediate - 3 yrs exp
-SCRUM - Intermediate - 3 yrs exp
-Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint - Advanced - 5 yrs exp
