Business Analysis Manager

To understand business strategy, develop and document strategic use cases. To understand, prioritize, control and document the business requirements within Projects or Demand Portfolios. To manage the requirements, cycle from inception until final delivery. To provide guidance and mentorship to Senior Business Analysts.

key responsibilities:

• Prioritize strategic use cases and contribute with other stakeholders in developing the roadmap for projects to execute these strategic use cases.
• Elicit and Analyse the business requirements and required systems specifications in order to ensure serving the business objectives and required changes effectively & and develop strategic use cases.
• Develop the Requirements document in coordination with stakeholders as defined by the project charter or demand and release portfolio management team.
• Review requirement documents developed by business analysts and Senior Business Analysts.
• Communicate the business requirements and systems specifications using language understood by people from both business domain and technology domain.
• Work with different team within the life cycle of the project or demand request to ensure alignment of their work products with the business requirements.
• Ensure traceability of use cases to business solutions and test cases.
• Establish and maintain relationship internally with concerned business teams & IT Teams to align projects and demand requests towards the desired business objectives and technology strategies.
• Support the process of changes & Projects Analysis, approvals, testing & implementation in both projects and demand requests.
• Ensure complete & up-to-date filing system for all Changes/Project documents to support requirements management.
• Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing system functions and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Analyse, stimulate and shape business demand for Changes, projects, services, capabilities and investments in order to maximize their business value.  This means taking a proactive role in educating the business partner, suppressing demand for low value activities while stimulating demand for high value activities taking into consideration the risk & financial factors.
• Monitor business satisfaction and facilitate continuous improvement in meeting the business needs in a way that best serve the bank strategic goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in the banking sector.

Skills:

• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of risk management and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team members.
