PLANET S.A. is looking for enthusiastic, highly skilled professional to join its International Business Development Team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with Donor funded business acquisition activities, be self-motivated, should have a positive thinking and a ‘can do’ personality with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Scope: Contribute in the business acquisition efforts of international donor-funded projects in the geographic regions of interest for PLANET S.A. through the identification and recruitment of highly skilled experts. The candidate will be used to working in complex, simultaneous tasks within tight deadlines, skilled at building relations with stakeholders across and outside the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and coordinate all administrative documentation for Expression of Interests, proposals, and contract awards, ensuring full compliance with tender requirements and internal quality standards
- Liaise with consortium partners and internal teams to collect, review, and validate administrative documents within agreed timelines
- Manage proposal and Expression of Interests administrative workflows until final submission wrap-up
- Maintain and regularly update internal databases, systems, and tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor new tender opportunities and support internal reporting and compliance processes related to donor and framework contracts
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the preparation of administrative documentation for tenders; experience with donor-funded tenders (e.g. EU, World Bank, EBRD) is considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and compliance checks
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an asset
- Familiarity with international donor procedures (e.g. EU, IFIs, development agencies), is an asset
